lauren & jeremy

to know them is to believe and know good better best. (i honestly can’t think of a different descriptor.) they are the best. better than best. honest, hilarious, wonderful people. my sides still hurt from watching lauren’s interpretive (yet so strangely specifically choreographed) routine to “i want it that way.” Lauren and Jeremy were Allison’s first hey sista couple, then by some magic, lauren came to our second hey sista in manzanita, OR. so this is third times a charm for her and we were the ones who received that charm. she ended up crashing the last day and a half and helped with a hecka ton of dishes and helping us throw the wildest (by wildest i mean most hilarious) dance party of all time. she’s my hero (think the world of you, too, jeremy.)

sidebar: hey sista is a special place. the right people are always there at the right time. we’re about to announce round 7, AND GOOD GRIEF WE’ve got the goods planned as we celebrate lucky number seven. if you’ve been thinking about it and watching from the sidelines, this is the time to jump on in because it already has some real special real good real wonderful stuff in place. i’m freaking out just thinking about it.

back to L and J—this couldn’t have been any easier and i don’t think i could have jumped around and screamed anymore. (but there is video footage if you don’t believe me). i’ll always remember lauren describing the moment she knew she wanted to be with jeremy for life. and their back and forth retelling of the proposal and that first giant mountain that towered over us when we came around the pass and that perfect dreamy overcast that still allowed us to see the height and glory of the mountains circling the lake. and the group of sistas shooting their hearts out all around.

once again there’s some portra medium format (shot and developed by guy, Mark) and some polaroid scans mixed in. i’m really digging adding film in and now the question is, should i make it a permanent thing? would you want to add that on to your wedding package? thoughts for your thoughts.
