Where oh where to begin with these beautiful, wonderful people. I have known Callie since I was a freshman in high school. She was full of life and personality--she was so nice. I had just moved to Texas at that time and within my first week of school she made me paper doll friends to take to my classes with me--complete with a paper doll boyfriend. It may sound odd but it was the sweetest gesture to a girl who really did have no friends at that time. Callie and I have been roommates. We've shared sweaters and meals, mix tapes and stories. And as we've gotten older, we've shared our struggles and heartaches and the truth about where we're at with the Lord and the dreams we have for the future. When Callie started dating Ryan, I really didn't know very much about him (other than his talent on the guitar and that he bounced from side to side when he played it). So here was this guy and he treated Callie like the queen of the world. And then like magic, they got engaged. Sweet, fiery, red-headed Callie Windle got engaged. It is always exciting when friends get engaged.
Ryan, it has been wonderful getting to know you. Callie, you are a babe and I am so glad we're friends.
